Jim Moynihan is a native of Buffalo, NY who served two tours of duty in Vietnam before settling in Florida. He worked as a broker with Catherine A. Moynihan Realty, Inc. on Sarasota's Siesta Key for over 15 years. When his mother retired, Jim formed the Moynihan Realty Group, Inc. but also joined Re/Max Properties where he worked as a vice president for five years. In early 2007, Jim opened his own office on Siesta Key where he has expanded the Moynihan Realty Group. Brian Mouldey grew up in Ontario and British Columbia, Canada. Relocating to the U.S. in 1989, Brian resided in the New York Tri-State area for 11 years. Seeking a better quality of life in the sun, he moved to Sarasota in 2001.
